West 3rd Street is where the Downtown office stands, at 830 W 3rd St #1138, Austin, TX 78701. Four labels ride along in the practice’s drive-up film: Bowie St, 3rd Street location, Garage Parking across from Trader Joe’s and Walter Seaholm.

At the building, look for 1138 at the door. In the practice’s photograph, the door at the left carries a small 1138 at the top of its glass, above the kunik ORTHODONTICS decal, and the storefront window beside it carries a larger 1138. The kunik ORTHODONTICS blade sign hangs under the rust awning.

The two numbers agree, so either one tells you the right storefront; the door to use is the one with the small 1138 above the decal.

The Downtown office sits east of MoPac on West 3rd Street, a short distance from two Austin landmarks. The Third Street Railroad Trestle over Shoal Creek is about 0.2 mile east of the office in a straight line. The Treaty Oak is also about 0.2 mile from the office in a straight line.

In a straight line, the Downtown office is about 3.1 miles from the Westlake office and about 9.6 miles from The Domain office. A road route always runs longer than the straight line, so read these figures as distances on a map, not as travel times.

How a first visit at the Downtown office begins

A first visit at the Downtown office can begin with a consultation. Consultations are always free of charge. You do not need a referral.

The American Association of Orthodontists lists Dr. Kunik at all three offices. With Dr. Kunik as your only doctor, you’ll receive consistent care and attention throughout your treatment. His record is set out in the doctor section of the home page.

The Downtown office is open Monday to Thursday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the hours the practice keeps at The Domain and Westlake as well. (512) 767-1327 is the Downtown office’s own number, and each office’s call button dials its own number, so the call button with this address dials Downtown rather than one of the other two.
